Exactly. My qualms with Ziply are just how they are run at an executive level; all the customer-facing stuff, marketing, pricing/plans, etc. and how they handle customer issues. I know the fiber infrastructure is pretty solid, like I said i've never had service issues or downtime (that wasn't due to something random like this construction cut)
